Our multi-disciplinary team includes professionals in such fields as pediatrics, physical medicine and rehabilitation, prosthetics, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, health policy, economics, law, and data analysis. Our board-certified physicians cross-trained as certified life care planners (CLCP), rehabilitation counselors (CRC) and/or epidemiologists. Empirical Planners offers exceptional academic and clinical experience, the ability to analyze complex information relevant to Life Care Plans and Vocational Evaluations, and qualifications to integrate evidence-based medicine in the generation of life expectancy. We have the benefit of seasoned internal support of legal counsel to facilitate a timely, organized and objective workflow for our clients.

Practice Standards: We do not advertise. Growth of our practice over the past 20 years has been entirely through word-of-mouth. We accept referrals from both plaintiff and defense. Our intake process is genuine and forthcoming: if a Life Care Plan or Vocational Evaluation is not the appropriate next step for a case, we may recommend a brief review, a “pause” until more information is available, or a limited research analysis.
